Festivals and flea markets can be a lot of fun. You get to meet new people and eat festival foods like fried oreos, and who doesn’t love fried and oreo? .. am I right?
But doing this everyday. Day in and day out… even fried oreos become sickening.
Flea markets can be a great way to get new customers for a short time to get started but growing and scaling takes a new system.
You need a system that doesn’t take you on the road 45 weeks out of the year, and you need a system that works even when you don’t.
The thing about working Flea markets and festivals is that you have to have someone there to sell the thing. And if that someone isn’t you, then you have to pay someone further eating into your already small revenue.
Fix: Getting a 24/7 sales person that you don’t have to pay an hourly wage and that can sell better than you.
Yup… build something that sells for you and frees you up to do what you want to do.
Sure you can still chill out at your favorite festival and meet new people but your sales and business is no longer tied to it.
So go hang out at the festival and leave when you’re ready or go to the beach and chill with an ice-cold beer… either way you make money.
